We were passionate about fitness, but healthy dining was more of a chore than a pleasure. We craved meals made of real, nutritious ingredients that tasted like mom’s home cooking but without the ‘not so good for you’ stuff (love you Mom!). To us, healthy means food that is natural, nutrient rich, and thoughtfully prepared.
We flavor up wholesome ingredients with tasty herbs & spices to make our home style plates. It may seem like hocus pocus, but it’s not. In fact, we share our food philosophy with the community through our Macktab wellness workshops so that more people can enjoy delicious nutrition.
THE HERBAN FOOD PHILOSOPHY
We focus on ‘quality’ rather than ‘quantity’ of calories. We have researched how our bodies process food, why natural foods are so beneficial, and how to make nutritious food taste great without artificial additives. The result is delicious food that has dramatically changed how we look and feel. Almost everything is made in-house from ingredients that serve a purpose. Our menu has something unique and yummy for everyone: omnivores, pescatarians, vegans, gluten- free and paleo followers.
