Our Public Space Maintenance (PSM) team works tirelessly to clean and enhance more than 160 University City commercial and residential blocks.

They supplement City services by performing mechanical and manual sidewalk sweeping, assisting with neighborhood events, and leading beautification projects. High-traffic commercial streets and areas near university campuses receive daily cleaning, both manually and mechanically, while other areas with dense rental properties are cleaned once or twice a week. The PSM team also provides graffiti removal services.

UCD’s Green Team focuses on greening public spaces, turning them into beautiful, welcoming urban oases. They maintain planters, pedestrian plazas, and participate in community cleanup days to keep the neighborhood vibrant.

Our landscaping social venture Green City Works provides high-quality fee-for-service design, build, and maintenance landscaping services.
